Dear Voters of District A,

My name is Kemal Bozkurt and I am running for the City Council in Lawrence, MA. I have been a resident of the district, taxpaying property owner for 14 years and a Lawrence resident for 21 years. I have seen this city change dramatically over the years and now I would like to see the city goverment have drastic changes also.

I am a devoted husband to my wife and a loving father towards my three school aged children. I want the better life and education for my kids and yours!

I know that I am very qualified for this position.

I have one Master’s Degree in Banking and Insurance and another one in Library information Science.

I meet students and teachers daily at my job as an ACTING DIRECTOR/Assistant Director at the Lawrence Public Library.

I have been a teacher, tutor and my wife is a teacher.

This formal and experiential education makes me qualified for this important position. I am asking for your vote for District A City Council. Thank you for your considering my candidacy.
